We have an option in game to automatically post lobbies to the Discord Server. To enable, go into the new custom lotus-themed options menu. Under Ventlib Tab, you will see an option that says: “Open Room to Discovery” Upon remaking your lobby, you should see it in the PL Automatic Lobbies Thread.
Please restart your game after the first launch of the mod, there is currently a bug where the game will get stuck trying to end the game and your GUI buttons will flash. This only occurs on the first launch of the game after installing the mod.
Innersloth has introduced a lot of changes this past month, some good and bad. We have fixed the important issues, like hosts being kicked when a player joins the game. They have introduced some not so good changes:
**Numbers appearing as ***
When a message has more than 5 numbers, they are all changed to asteriks. To combat this, we change every number that is not in a color tag to a unicode. This leaves you with 5 numbers to use in color tags and size tags (only applies to templates). If you notice your colors are appearing weird in chat, or the size of some text is wrong, check how many numbers are in your template. We have attached a new default template for you to use.
Alternatively, you can make your template exclusively in the Title area instead of the Text. It will have the bolded look and the black outline. But, it is free from the restrictions of 5 numbers. We actually use this for displaying the game’s last result after going back to lobby.
New Command Prefix
Innersloth is requiring all host only mods to adopt a new command prefix of “/cmd”. The reason they are requiring this is the fact that chat messages starting with this prefix are automatically hidden without any work from us. This was unexpected but is greatly appreciated. Old commands will still work for a short period of time, although a chat message will appear telling u to use the new command if you use the old one.. The cutoff date is March 14, 2026. On this date, commands not using /cmd will cease to work. The command to tell you of the new command will also not appear.
This a variation of the Standard GameMode. Any role in Standard GameMode can be used here. This gamemode works like standard where it will first pick all the roles that should be assigned. However, it doesn’t assign them, it instead just adds them to a list. At the start of the game, a meeting will be called. In this meeting, you will recieve a message with a number, your custom ID. Each player (starting from the lowest (1) to the amount of players) will take turns choosing a role from a random selection of roles out of the list. (The amount of roles to choose from is decided by host.) You can vote any player to change your selection. If you don’t like the picked roles, theres always an extra option labeled “Random”. This option picks any role that is still in the list and hasn’t been picked yet. When you’re satifisfied with your selection, you can skip your vote to confirm it. If you don’t pick a role in time, random will be picked automatically for you. The option you picked will be announced in chat. Everyone will know that this role was picked but they won’t know who got it. After all players have picked their roles, the meeting will end and the game will start as normal.

This release is just a preview of what’s to come—we’re still actively developing new features and improvements. Here is list of things we plan to include in the future.
If you are developer, you can actually add your own content without modifying PL! We have added support for addons, and you can learn more info at this GitHub Repo! You can check out addons made by others from the #community-content forum channel.
If you are a translator, you can add languages! We have a repository dedicated for language files. Check it out if you are interested!
Welcome back to Lotus!
